Returning guest speaker Stefano Olcese drew a "full house" at this week's meeting of the Malmö International Rotary Club, where he demonstrated that opera is not only an art form but a powerful metaphor for leadership and engagement.
A large complement of MIRC members and guests packed the meeting room, while a half dozen others joined us virtually via Zoom. Drawing on his extensive experience as an opera singer and coach, as well as his academic research in Leadership and Humanistic Management, Stefan shared the ways that operatic techniques can empower leaders to captivate audiences, foster collaboration, and create meaningful connections.
