Key highlights: In 2024\, they piloted an incubator program for " circular micro-entrepreneurs" with around 20 participants. A co-living spa ce was established with five student residents. A cooperative association was formed to support collaboration and funding applications around circul ar economy initiatives. The garage is now used as an extended meeting and event space. During 2025\, Ödet was a part of the national Vinnova projec t "The Neighborhood of the Future - the Hyper-Local Heart of the 15-Minute City" The long-term goal is for Ödet to inspire similar initiatives in Skåne\, Sweden\, and internationally. The space is intended as an inclusi ve\, collaborative platform—a "neutral home" where people can explore ne eds\, test ideas\, and build together.
